Instead, I\u2019ve built a gentle framework that I can adjust depending on how I feel when I wake up. Sometimes I have 15 minutes; other mornings, I\u2019ll take an hour. The goal isn\u2019t perfection\u2014it&#8217;s presence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"1119\">My day usually begins around 6:30 AM. I resist the urge to immediately reach for my phone and instead sit up slowly, stretch, and take a few deep breaths. Before getting out of bed, I do a brief body scan\u2014checking in with how I feel physically and emotionally. I light a candle or a bit of incense to create a calming environment. I roll out my yoga mat in my living room, surrounded by natural light, and begin a gentle warm-up. Whether I\u2019m doing an energizing or restorative flow, I always prioritize deep, conscious breathing. It helps center my mind and connect with my body.
